Installation

The containers could be mounted in 3 ways single modules, as well as for configurations - up to 3 modules, the foundation is not required, it is enough to have a hard and flat surface. If desired, you could make concrete steps or use ready-made concrete blocks on which to place the containers. Also, if you wish, you could make a complete foundation by pouring a concrete slab with a height of at least 10 cm. The following pictures with examples show all three types of installation. Easy and practical installation. 1 person is enough to perform the installation. A house of two modules is installed in 30 minutes.

Place the modules next to each other, the places provided for bolts must match. Carefully bring the modules close together, pass the bolts through the holes provided for this purpose and tighten well. Glue the touched modules on the sides and on the roof with the specially designed material, then install and tighten the covers with bolts, which are placed on the roof.

The latest technology in the manufacture of galvanized stainless steel containers

The containers are made of galvanized metal construction. The durability of the standard floor is 200 kg / m2. Insulation of the walls and roof is a sandwich panel with polyurethane foam with a thickness of 4 cm or 8 cm, painted in RAL 9002, installed windows - 4 chamber PVC or aluminum with double glazing, aluminum semi-glazed door. The floor is made of waterproof plywood and laminate flooring. An electrical installation has been built. Where a bathroom is planned, the latter includes a sink, a mirror, a shower tray and a candy bar. The flooring is terracotta. In the containers in which the construction of a kitchenette is planned, the latter is represented by an upper and lower kitchen cabinet with a built-in sink and a faucet.
